Professional Counselling Qualifications
Sandra has a BA Honours degree in Humanistic Counselling Practice and a diploma in Person-Centred Counselling from the University of Nottingham. She is trained in the Rewind Technique - a fast and highly effective way of putting an end to the distress of Post Traumatic Stress and its symptoms including flashbacks, nightmares, intrusive thoughts, etc.
She is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their codes of ethics and good practice. She continues to be committed to on-going personal and professional development, including regular supervision.
